We collect only what is necessary to provide and improve our Service:

A) Account Information

  • Email address (for account identification and communication)
  • Password (stored securely using one-way encryption)
  • Billing information (processed directly by payment providers - we do not store payment details)

B) Usage Data

  • Bandwidth consumption and proxy usage statistics
  • Technical data necessary for service delivery
  • Fraud-prevention telemetry: IP address, browser user agent and device identifier captured at login and checkout, retained for up to 13 months as payment-dispute evidence.
We minimize data collection. We do not record the content you access through our proxies, and we do not build advertising profiles about you.

3. How We Use Your Information

Your data is used exclusively for:

  • Providing and operating our proxy services
  • Processing your transactions and billing
  • Responding to your support requests
  • Sending essential account communications
  • Preventing fraud and abuse of our Service
  • Complying with legal obligations under the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan

Legal Basis for Processing (EEA / UK)

Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies to you, we rely on the following legal bases:

  • Contract: providing the proxy service you bought, billing it, and supporting it.
  • Legitimate interests: keeping the service secure, preventing fraud and abuse, measuring how our own service is used, and defending payment disputes.
  • Consent: analytics and advertising-measurement cookies. You can withdraw consent at any time.
  • Legal obligation: keeping transaction and tax records for as long as the law requires.

Service Providers We Use

We share the minimum personal data needed with the providers below. Each is bound by contract to process it only on our instructions, except where a provider acts as a seller in its own right, which is stated.

PaddleCard payments. Paddle is the Merchant of Record and the seller for card transactions: it receives your name, email address, billing country and payment details, and issues your invoice.
Crypto payment providerCryptocurrency payments. Receives the payment amount and the wallet address used.
PostHog (EU)Product analytics, hosted in the European Union. In your browser it runs only with your consent. Separately, our servers record account events such as a completed purchase or a support message against your account ID, without cookies, so that we can measure and improve the service.
GoogleAdvertising conversion measurement, and sign-in with Google if you choose to use it. Without your consent the tag stores nothing on your device and cannot identify you.
CloudflareContent delivery, DDoS protection and bot checks. Processes your IP address to deliver and protect the site.
ResendSends your account, billing and support email. Receives your email address and the contents of those messages.

Other Disclosures

Beyond those providers, we disclose personal data only in these circumstances:

  • Legal compliance: when required by a valid legal process.
  • Business Transfer: In connection with a merger or acquisition, with equivalent privacy protections

International Transfers

We operate from Kazakhstan, and the providers above operate in the European Union, the United Kingdom and the United States. Where personal data of users in the EEA or the UK is transferred outside those areas, the transfer relies on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent safeguard offered by that provider.

We retain your data only as long as necessary:

  • Object or restrict: ask us to stop or limit processing that rests on our legitimate interests.
  • Complain to a regulator: if you are in the EEA or the UK, you may lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.

9. Children's Privacy

Our Service is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Privacy Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Nothing in this section removes any mandatory right you hold under the data protection or consumer law of your own country.
